We are open to all customers. Contact us for our current price list. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
3. Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are quoted ex VAT unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. We will confirm your order total before dispatch where practicable.
4. Delivery & Collection
Delivery times and charges are as stated on our Delivery page. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to your premises or upon collection from our warehouse.
5. Payment
Payment terms are agreed at account setup. We reserve the right to withhold delivery for overdue accounts. Late payment may incur interest in accordance with applicable UK law.
6. Returns
Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy. Perishable goods cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our liability for other losses is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
