Reporting an Issue
If you receive damaged, incorrect, or faulty goods, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where applicable.
Eligible Returns
- Damaged goods on arrival
- Incorrect items delivered
- Faulty or unusable products
- Short deliveries (missing items)
Non-Returnable Items
- Chilled and frozen products unless faulty or incorrectly supplied
- Products with broken temperature chain due to customer storage
- Custom or special-order items agreed at point of sale
- Products returned without prior authorisation
Refunds & Replacements
Where a return is approved, we will arrange a replacement, credit note, or refund to your original payment method at our discretion. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days once goods have been inspected or collected.
